Project Manager/Estimator

Versatile roll within progressive Design & Build company Hogg & Fancy based in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Requirements

  • Compiling estimates/quotations to clients or potential clients with products and services.
  • Producing time framed programs of work.
  • Assessing material, labour and equipment required and analysing different estimates/quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Good communication, verbally and in writing is an absolute must with the need for strong problem solving in managing projects.
  • Organisational and presentational skills are crucial with a keen attention to detail.
  • IT skills and knowledge required. Potential CAD.
  • Heath & Safety Planning.

The job is office based, however there will be the need to visit various clients and sites so a driving licence is required, the general hours of work are 08.00 - 17.00, there is a necessity to be flexible in order to get the job done and there may be the need on occasion for a longer day to achieve this.

We are very much a team but you will need to be able to work as an individual using your own initiative.

Site

Site Labourer/Improver

Full time position, with a keen interest to pick up tools and learn and assist skilled tradesmen within progressive Design & Build company Hogg & Fancy based in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Requirements

  • Site labouring with the need to assist skilled tradesmen as required.
  • Collection and organising of materials for projects from specified suppliers. A clean driving licence is necessary.
A personal pride in keeping the given project neat and tidy and organised.

Basic site hours are 08.00 - 17.00 but travel to and from site will be required outside of these times.

Carpenter/Joiner


Full time position with a keen eye for detail within progressive Design & Build company Hogg & Fancy based in Winchester, Hampshire.

We are very much a team but you will need to be able to work as an individual using your own initiative taking responsibility for the work you produce as quality is a necessity.

We work in both the commercial and private sector and with our clients presentation, organisation and pride in our projects goes hand in hand with what we produce.

Basic site hours are 08.00 - 17.00 but travel to and from site will be required outside of these times and there is the need on occasion for longer working days to meet deadlines.
